I have grown Capsicum plants in the glass house but their tips of the young leaves are burning and they are not growing as fast as before the tips got burnt. Flowers are also fading and fruit set is also low. Please suggest me the possible measures to cope with the problem.

Ajay have you checked the light intensity, temperature and humidity of the glass house. Secondly in what media you are growing the capsicum. you should also try to notice the change of milieu interior of the leaf. Some times slight change of pH, or the generation of reactive ionic species may render the problem what you are facing.
Sir we are growing them in normal un autoclaved soil and and no i didnt check these parameters. I also sprayed insecticide once and then fungicide again after 20 days!

I think it is a problem related to disease infection. bacterial spot is very common in many places particularly in greenhouses and in agricultural faculties!!, where other people may work on diseases or bacteria or a residue of the past has remain or infected the greenhouse.
