Hello everyone,

Can anybody suggest to me what would be the best way to use neutral red for phagocytosis in THP-1 macrophages?

I have seen many publication papers use neutral red for phagocytosis in macrophages. All of them are the same protocol.

But I could not find the difference between control and treated cells.

Some of data used neutral red for viability assay as well.

Can anybody suggest to me?
