What is the best way to thoroughly fumigate a mushroom house/laboratory that has been in use for some years?

The best way to eliminate contamination in a mushroom house, laboratory which has been in use for a while.

Thank you Bhavin for your response. I normally use potassium permanganate and formalin.

I however would like to know:

1) If it is still safe to use both chemicals or if there are improved methods of achieving the fumigation,

(2) if there is/are other substitutes for formalin,

(3) what ratio of formalin to potassium dichromate / permanganate is ideal to use?
