good morning, I am trying to solubilize aripiprazole to give it S.C to my rats, but in saline or in a tween 1% solution it doesn´t dissolve properly, unless I reduce the ph to 2, that is definitely too low for a safe injection. Has anybody faced a similar problem before?

Try to dissolve it in DMSO at high concentration (e.g., 20 or 100 mM, depending on your final use) and then titrate it down to concentration yo want to inject in saline. I have been injecting DMSO i.p. at following doses for 2 weeks and no problems at all.
855 microliter DMSO + 19145 microliter saline (sterile)
inject ip daily 50 microliter of this DMSO solution per 1 g weight of animal.

If it is still cloudy, try to use a sonicator, the vibrations in a sonicator will help you dissolve it entirely. Also sometimes using warm water in sonicator bath may also help.
