I'm currently writing the results section of my undergraduate dissertation and I am unsure of the best way to structure it. I have 3 dependent variables, each of which have been analysed with a two way repeated measures ANOVA and Post-Hoc Bonferroni corrections. Would it be better to report all of the ANOVA's in one section, then followed by a second section for the Post hoc comparisons, or would it better to report the results as individual sections for each DV? Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

Rowan Board I believe it would be better to report the results for each DV separately. Furthermore, for each of the DVs, you can report the results from both Repeated measures ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc in a single table.
The best way to do it is to organize by answering your research questions.
I strongly agree with Viswa Chandu 's answer. It will be better to organize the ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc for each DV, so that you can explain the DV better. The result of Bonferroni's post hoc may be misunderstood if it separated from the ANOVA.
