I'm assuming u want to protect H-Ser(trt)-OH with fmoc, if thats the case i would use fmoc-oSu+ mild base since trt is acid labile

Why not simply purchase it? Very common and cost only ~$15/gram USD

Just do not start from unprotected Ser. Use commersially available Fmoc-Ser(tBu)-OH and then change side protection for Trt.
