Furthermore, how can I plot the second harmonic generation?
Only method I have found so far, is to use a nonlinear coupled polarization term in my boundary conditions. I was wondering if there are alternative methods?
set one boundary condition as oscillatory (for an interval of time) at your x frequency, let it stop at some time, and look if your 2x frequency appear!
This needs post-processing the results to see all the frequencies you want
2) do a frequency analysis with the 2x frequency, and go looking for its half-harmonic (x).
I think Comsol kernel will like this option, and not going from x to 2x (in frequency mode, I guess it kills all higher frequencies!)
