Pretty much by definition of volatility you CANNOT maintain a CONSTANT concentration of toluene in an open container for any length of time. Even chilled solutions will have evaporative losses. If your experiment is relatively short, it may not be necessary - or you may be able to interpolate between original and final concentrations. Otherwise, you will either need to conduct the tests in a CLOSED container or measure the toluene concentration and add make-up toluene as necessary.
You may also review the intent and design of the experiment to see how your experiment may not reflect actual conditions (e.g. constant concentration in an open tank is not realistic).
