I try to make a protocol for noninvasive tail cuff method by using CODA System from Kent Scientific.

Mice were acclimatized for 3 days prior actual study day. In acclimation day, mice were trained same as the day of measurement. In the measurement day, mice received the conditions that includes the warming of heat pad, wearing the tail cuff, restraining in holder, and forcing the tail. But 3 days acclimation, mice were stayed in the conditions for 10, 20, and 30 minutes in each day, receptively.

Problems

Mice were stressed after training such as the face wet and aggressive behavior.

Can someone please tell me the best way of processes without animal stress?

Thank you!
