In the case of Linear Algebraic Estimator theire is iterated integrals of the form as indicated in the picture.Pelase ,I want a reference or a simple example to implement this kind of integrals .Because,when i use simulink , i get always a problem with integration blocks.

Equation are not clear to me as they contain integration for a range but, it is not clear that the integration is to be performed with respect to "y" or "t" as dy or dt is not display in your image.
For finding the integral value, you can use one of the two MATLAB functions
q = integral(fun,xmin,xmax)
q = integral(fun,xmin,xmax,Name,Value)
To find the value of a1,j, run a loop from 1 to n. The statement is:
for j=1:1:n
Now for each j compute the value of a1,j.
