I think you can try to dilute in saline serum at the convenient proportion needed
In our lab, we dilute both Cisplatin and 5-FU using DMSO to 10mM stocks, then further dilute with culture media for treatment. We are determined to keep DMSO level below 0.5% v/v for treatment and also use DMSO as vehicle control.
