I used modified hummer method for preparing graphene from graphite, When i left the mixture 24h after refluxing , I found a very small bubble in the top of it. Can anyone please help .
Also , why should I use HCL during waching/centrifugingthe process ??

the best way of deposit the graphene from carbon source on cu foil i.e. CVD method under vacuum environment using the inert gases...In another way you may deposit graphene hammer method also bt I didnt what kind of proportionality gained.

You use the Hummers method to prepare graphite oxide from graphite; then exfoliate it to graphene oxide (GO), and then reduce it (various methods) back to graphene (Reduced Graphene Oxide: RGO). This whole scheme is only useful if you intend to simply deposit GO/RGO on the Cu foil. But then again, this makes it impossible to achieve a true few-layer graphene deposition on your foil, as GO sheets tend to aggregate. Thus, CVD is probably your best option.
HCl is used in the post-synthesis cleaning to remove any permanganate residues (or residues from your other oxidisers, if any). For more details in the cleaning process, you can read the following article:

Another Question please , Why GO agglomerates after the addition of Hdryzaine Hydrate (Base Media) and color changes to Black.
But in Acid media , there is no high agglomeration ?
I assume you are referring to the hydrazine reduction of GO. I'm not sure, I've never spent time with the hydrazine reduction, as it is highly un-ecological - but highly efficient.
However, GO itself tends to turn to a gel aggregate at the acidic range close to neutral pH (it is itself acidic due to functionalization, so this corresponds to practically neutral pH of the solvent).
