You should take help from published papers, your seniors and colleagues. Lastly you can take help of someone who is good in English for clear expression of your view.

You have not understood the topic you want to write namely not read enough, no data, no new ideas to contribute. Read and find the data to support what you want to write. If not clear read again, again, again or switch to a topic something you can understand.

First you understand  your topic and decided how give explanation with reference with our writing capacity. You develop your writing skills. Read more books  which are releated your research work.  You have a method of writing with writing skills which is only your. Your language must also rich.  

For non-native English speakers, language is an important problem. You can start by acamic writing book, then you  should use the best English you can manage in presenting your work. You may ask a skilled writer or someone fluent in English to check your manuscript before submission.

What is the best way or method to write a good manuscript ?

After you'd completed a research & before you put into writing, you must know more than what you can write - sometimes you need to control yourself what are the more important information you should put into the manuscript due to maximum length imposed on the manuscript.  When you encountered with the above "issue", meaning you are more ready to write a manuscript.  You then can start off with organizing your thoughts, recollected back all the research scope (problem, objectives & questions), literature you'd reviewed, methodology that you'd operationalized, result findings that you'd interpreted, structure of your discussion & conclusion etc. into skeleton draft.  Re-coating them many times with multiple layers until it is in good shape for submission.

It's very important to draw three, four goals and at opening a sensitizer matter of an innovative theme; we are sure that helped him in the current literature; We propose a theoretical foundation; using the practical results seriously, even if our initial perspectives are different; at last, throw issues for the future, to be developed by us or by others.

It is one of the most difficult task to write good manuscript faced by the beginners. It can be somewhat easy when a researcher go through the author guidelines provided by the journals. However, a good manuscript must have the following sections with relevant information;  

1) Abstract: clearly describing what exactly have been done in the article

2) Introduction: It should give some information about the area followed by brief literature review and your contributions in the existing literature.

3) Problem discussion: problem that has been solved need to be described in new manner.

4) Proposed methodology: the methodology used to solve the problem need to be discussed just after problem formulation of mathematical modeling.

5) Result and discussion: This section is the heart of an article, must be written thoroughly.

6) Conclusion: Now you just need to conclude the finding of the article.

Reference need to place later now.

Everyone is right. Just read a lot and try to concentrate in your respective MS.

As we are aware that well many areas from the sky to the earth have been covered &literature of various areas remain the outcome & the flow of ocean come before the mind of every individual as per their selecting line of thinking .

It is in this line the manuscript to be viewed ,with this manuscript must reflect the basic end for which we are presenting the same in the way that before reading the first two paragraphs, the main purpose of manuscript the contents,to be presented in the simplify with the understanding manner to be presented that readers at first side take an interest & inspiring to go further with the interest keeping in mind the main aim of reading of good manuscript .

With this while reading the manuscript ,besides inform me the basic purpose ,the manuscript must present the main goal & also for the achievement of presenting the manuscript . With this the good manuscript gets automatically reflected the outlook with its contributory analytical approach which offers a nice presentation for manuscript .

First, to know, a poorly chosen article title may make a paper difficult to discover or discourage readership. This might reduce an article’s impact. The title gives readers a summary of the content of the manuscript, provides keywords and index terms in electronic databases, which is essential to find the article in search engines. If you want to have an impact in the scientific community, it is substantial that the paper is fairly recognized.  A manuscript’s title is the first point of contact to the peer reviewer or later to the reader.

Furthermore, the content of your paper needs information, which is worth to cite it. That helps other authors to use it for his own line of arguments in correlation with his own research results.

That is also the main answer on your question. "Present information, based on your research, which is new and allows other scientists to work with".

A good manuscript needs to be a part of a bigger puzzle within a lager scientific context.
