Perfluorinated rubber (FFKM) is very resistant to anhydrous sulfuric acid (100 %) as well as to concentrated sulfuric acid (98 %).

Fluorocarbon elastomers FKM (FPM, Viton) resist high concentrated sulfuric acid (100%).
