I'm trying to find a TET-on lentiviral plasmid all-in-one to expresse a gene in both human and mouse cells. Basically I'm new to this type of technology and I would appreciate any advise. I've already looked for plasmids with all-in-one, but there aren't many available, and the only one I found was for shRNA expression. I was also looking for the TetR promoters, which can work differently depending on the kind of cell used. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

We have recently developed a TetON lentinviral vector that it work very efficiently in different cells line.
