I've always wondered how professional researchers write their academic papers and journals with overwhelmingly so many citations. Do they read the relevant journal first and then write or they write and read the relevant journal? Because the first one is the method that I have used and it takes a lot of time.
The best writing is that fulfilled the requirements of the journal you want to publish your article in.
I believe First of all Choose the relevant Research Question (Article Subject Head line) and one must read as much the Published Articles of different Journals having High and low IF Impact Factor and High Index of the same your relevant Topic. Once you have finished the Literature Review you can Cite or reference the Articles you choose to referenced in your Paper. Then select the Journal you want to Publish the Paper and read and follow the Guidelines with the help of Google Internet I mean (The Font and the size of words you would use and number of words and Pages - How many words in one page) Follow the Journal requirements and compare your Paper with previous Published papers in that Journal that how much you can Improve your Publication. After all of this Hard work you can submit your Manusript according to guidelines in the chosen Journal. I am hoping after some corrections it would be Published. Regards
