My experimental results are as follows:

I am recording continuously over a period of 1h the left ventricle pressure(LVP) on 2 different groups of isolated heart: one control and the other group was treated with a drug.

I want to know: if the LVP of treated group is significant different with the control group? if the time of the experiment significantly affect the LVP in each individual group? and if there is an interaction between the time and the treatment (control or drug)?

Could you please suggest what will be the best statistical test including post hoc tests to run inder to answer efficiently to these questions?
