You can look into the white paper of the World Economic Forum on Schools of the Future Defining New Models of Education for the Fourth Industrial Revolution released in 2020. They are providing there the critical characteristics in learning content and experiences that have been identified to define high-quality learning in the 4IR. From there, you can check side by side with the practices if the universities to check their preparedness.
I have noted that and I am currently working on that right now. It is interesting though that there is minimal collaboration on the one thing all these institutions require; relevant human capital. The current coursework offering by universities was an offshoot of the previous industrial revolution and you will find some areas that have approaches that are decades old.
