That depends on what kind of analysis you want to do.

To simulate a pump, there are several good commercial alternatives to Fluent like for instance Ansys CFX, Star-CCM+ or Numeca Omnis. If you prefer open-source codes, you can also try OpenFOAM or SU2; for the last I'm not sure that all features have been already fully developed.
