There are of course a wide range of open access-only journals that take your money and print whatever mumbo-jumbo you like. :-) But I suppose you really want the manuscript to be looked at? Then you DO need to be patient - 15 days to be published is a laugh in the face of any serious editor.

First it needs to be screened to see that it is anything in it at all, and if it is a manuscript fitting the journal theme, then someone must check that it is not already written, and whether it is of any current interest, and then perhaps someone reads the whole thing. And perhaps now it might be sent to three referees, who will wait 2 weeks before checking the mail, then wait one week more to start performing a reading and close study of the manuscript; and with all other tasks that a scholar has it will take a Month to be ready to state whether it is worthy to publish, needing a revision, or to be rejected - and by now you are already beyond what your stemina can take.

So, the verdict is that you need to be patient - if you ask for a quick verdict, it will be "reject!".

I agree with Michael Patriksson , you need to be patient. The publication process is large and delayed, mainly in high-quality journals. Maybe, you can publish your paper in a preprint service as https://arxiv.org/. At the same time, send the paper to a good journal and wait for the editor response and cross your fingers to be accepted.
