I am currently conducting a systematic review and am at the step of conducting a risk of bias analysis. Multiple studies that I intend to include are "before and after" or "uncontrolled" studies and have no control group; I am struggling to find risk of bias assessment tools for these. I have found RoBANS and MINORS for such studies, however I am unsure if these are the best to use. On a side note, I intend to use ROBINS-I and RoB-II for non-randomized studies and RCTS, respectively. Any help is appreciated.
