I am currently working on different human solid cancer cell lines such as Huh-7, HepG-2, A549, MCF-7, Caco-2, and HCT-116. And I want to use the confocal and fluorescence microscope to detect apoptosis via staining by AO/EB and I wanna optimise my own protocol.
With human HCC cell lines, the best and easy way of determining apoptosis is by the direct count method using the inverted microscope
