I am not sure what do you mean, this is a very broad question, and there are many disciplines and subjects under Agriculture science! However, if you mean to generate something related to topographic mapping abstracts, you can use the combination of ArcMap and Originlab
if you can specify more, you may get better proper answers, all the best

Hanan Hashem You meant 'Graphical' Abstract in a paper. Like this one I attached? Not 'Geographical' Abstract (click on attachment to see). Also, some useful info about Graphical Abstract at the link below, from Elsevier.
Microsoft PowerPoint can do the job. But my impression is that PowerPoint can accomplish simper drawings (ex. photo #1). More fancy drawings might need a more 'professional' drawing software (ex. photo #2). Jemal Tola Horo
Hanan Hashem Here is an article discussing " Which Software Can I Use to Create Graphical Abstracts? " It discusses some software, and gives pros and cons of each program. See link below.
It mentions:
* Mccrosoft Paint
* Microsoft PowerPoint
* ChemDraw
* Gimp and Inkscape
* Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* CorelDraw (for Windows) and Affinity Designer (for Mac)
