I am in trouble to utilize 3-D printed structure for casting of PDMS(or other RTV silicon). Model of 3-D printer which I used is objet 24(stratasys) and material is verowhite. 3D printed structure might interrupt curing of PDMS(or silicon).
Many researchers have presented about it, however, each papers show different techqniques. For example, a paper present that the structure should be heated at 130C, the other one present that paralene coating is required.
All of them, I hope to know the best way to post-treat of 3-D printed structure for casting of PDMS. As I guess, each manufacturer of 3-D printer or layering method might determine post-treatment method.

I had the same problem with 3D printed parts. I used 3D printer (3D systems). My problem was, the PDMS was not completely curing on the 3D printed mold. PDMS stuck on the mold and was not possible to remove. The cured PDMS was not transparent as well.
I tried many methods, the one that best worked was:
Heating the mold at 130° C for 3 hours (hopefully, your mold has enough transition temperature) and treating the surface with Trichloro(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyl)silane (Sigma Aldrich).
Also,
if the cured PDMS is not transparent, dipping the mold in normal cooking oil for few hours helps to get transparent cured PDMS.
