What is the best neuronal differentiation marker for assessing the stages of N2a cells differentiation?
Nuen
Tuj1
MAP-2
........
I need a marker for evaluation of differentiation stages of N2a cell at different time points
Hello, you can do by retinoic acid or with serum deprivation.
Karen A. Darbinyan
Hi dear karen
thanks for your answer
I know that i should use retinoic acid or serum deprivation for induction of differentiation but i don't know which marker is the best for evaluation of the differentiation process at different time points
Hello
Yes, you can do this with either 20 uM Retinoic acid .
Take a look on this question and PDF
https://www.researchgate.net/post/What_are_the_details_of_N2A_cell_differentiation_methods
Article Differentiation of N2a cells into dopamine neurons.
Good Luck
did you get any candidates for evaluating differentation?
im also looking for any markers can be used with western blot and qPCR analysis.
now i make a list as MAP-2, tubulin 3 and NeuN for western, and Chat and Rbfox3 for qPCR. please tell me if there are the others.
Thanks.
