Some commonly used models are the Panel Data Models, OLS, Fixed Effects Model, Random Effects Model, or Bayesian Methods. But of course, there are more. The selection would depend on the nature of the data, and mainly on the research question. I'd suggest searching for relevant papers & see what they apply for similar problems.
