There are models that are used for measuring quality,but I feel, none of them can't address all dimensions of quality. So what is the best model that mostly the researchers used for measuring it in this century?
There could be many sample questionnaires available. Lets take a different approach:)
What is it that you want to account for? Quality care can be:
Safe, timely, efficient, effective, equitable,and patient-centered
Also, see the various measures:
Structural, Process, Outcome, and Patient experience?

Yes, you are right that there are different dimensions to quality and what you wish to measure will depend on which elements you wish to measure. The main ones usually measured are patient experience, safety, clinical outcomes and infrastructure. It is very hard the measure the lot in one shot so it is good to be precise about what you mean by quality. We can provide a lot more information, measures and references if you wish.
