Can anyone please help me to provide the best method to mix activated carbon with ginger powder (zingiber officinale) in order to produce a homogenous solution or substance?

I tried to dissolve activated carbon (AC) in different solvents, but it changes the structure of the AC. Thus, makes the performance to go down.

The next method that I would like to try is Co-Precipitation, but I don't really know the exact steps to do it. Can anyone please help me?
