We are working on a home lab to track human bio-markers and focusing on prevention. We started with urine analysis, which was easy up to 14 key parameters (many test strips available at very low cost), but the use for prevention is quite limited.

Now we focus on saliva measurement and cortisol is our first target. Is there any test stripes available to perform the measurement or is there an easily reproducible measurement method (like dyeing, photo- or electro-spectrometry without using antibodies) for cortisol?
