Any vapour deposition technique like CVD would be the best method to deposit graphene layers on the Cu foil, however, for supercapacitor application, follow the standard procedure for making the proper electrode.
It seems like you have already got your graphene ready. If that is the case, the most common way to prepare electrode is through slurry casting, with appropriate amount of binder and conductive additives. For the thickness, it has great influence on kinetics. You'd better have a good control on thickness, especially when you report in F/cm2.
In addition, you also can use other method to prepare graphene electrode, such as Electrostatic spray deposition, Electrophoretic deposition, which can give you porous structures.
Airbrush spray deposition may help you. It is very simple to adapt your application. If you need more controlled thickness and homogenous films, you may want to use ultrasonic spray coating systems.
All the best.
