Does it need acidic workup, or simple extraction with some organic solvent is OK. I already have this paper but some literature say we need acidic work up for complete removal of pthalylhydrazide (byproduct)
Final médium should be basic in order to allow extraction of the amine.
the reaction needs base as catalyst.
