Oligomer prep

48 hours prior to use:

1.      Dissolve 1 aliquot of Aβ (79-80 microgram of peptide) in 50 µl HFIP

2.      Add  175µl sterile H2O

3.      Poke a couple of holes on the Eppendorf tube cap (using a needle)

4.      Place a stir bar in the tube and place the Eppendorf tube on a stir plate for 48 hours (at RT).

5. Resulting peptide should be close to 100 microM. Check final concentration with BCA or Bradford.
