I am measuring hydraulic / water pressure using smallest size pressure transducers and the problem of effect due to two phased flow arises. This actually shows a bit of an erroneous result as both static and fluctuating pressures are not recorded faithfully. This is mostly due to strain gauge and piezoresistive transducers. Is there a better solution and newer transducer available for such measurement?

I don't believe you can get the pressures individually, one due to the first phase and the other due to the second phase. Even with the two-phase flow theory, the pressure cannot be separated correctly.
