We can use the relation of compaction effort (number of blow or roatation depend on the type of comaction) and the porosity of the specimen during compaction, we call it as workability index.

Thank you for your response. Yes, that is true. But gussasphalt is a special type of asphalt mixture which does not need the compaction. Now it is use only for the bridge pavement cause its high price and almost 100% non-permeability. The air voids content is less than 1%. So, it is not the way for the workability for this mixture.
