If your laptop stops regularly then you should check the size of RAM. If you are using many softwares in your laptop then it must be minimum 4GB or bigger(6 or 8 GB) than it.

For Graphs MS Excel, R and SPSS software are enough in my knowledge. I will also appreciate if anyone suggest another software.
