It is important to note that there are different hydrates of copper sulfate, which can crystallize (or not) from their saturated aq. sol. at different temperature and composition ranges, so that the equilibrium solubility of distinct hydrates should be considered. The thermodynamics of the equilibrium CuSO4―H2O sol. system is somewhat complex, as it includes several hydrates, and depends on temperature, composition, and pressure.
