Based on my little knowledge, I think all of them must have iso format for output.

if we have one of them, we can consider the standard format data set, we can provide the second based on the data elements set. for example in MS word or MS excel and other softwares such as Spss we have different output and based on our needs we can use output of excel in spss and output of spss in excel.
