Dear All,

To prepare protein sample to determine its concentration by Bradford protein assay, I usually take a few extract samples from sample group to dilute in different dillutions, then adds dye reagent to see whether the extract is in color range of standard (eg. brown to blue). If it's in the range, the dilution is ok. However, in case that I have a very large sample groups; this process can take a lot of time.

Is there a easier way to determine the dilution for unknown extract?

Thank you
