I have measured ABA with ELISA test. There are kits that make it quite simple to measure (I have bought them from Agdia Phytodetek) although they are not so cheap... about $500 a kit for about 80 samples (40, if you use two replicates/sample). You can measure it by using GC-MS... it's much cheaper, the only thing is that you would need to create a good calibration curve.
Thank you so much! Dear Juan Carlos and Ram nath Mishra.
I have found ELISA method also, looks expensive. As here in israel around $1000 for the price of KIT. So I am Searching anybody who have measure using GC-MS. Do You have any idea?
I dont know if the following papers would be of use to you.

A method for profiling classes of plant hormones and their metabolites using liquid chromatography‐electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry:
SDS Chiwocha, SR Abrams, SJ Ambrose… - The Plant …, 2003 - Wiley Online Library
Summary A highly selective and sensitive method for the simultaneous analysis of several plant hormones and their metabolites is described. The method combines high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with positive and negative electrospray ionization-tandem .
