I like your view at Napoleon.....but there is diverse benefits and disadvantages, although different region may like have different results in terms of advantage and disadvantage. For instance in a region that is poor, if ecotourism resources are scattered in different part if that region developing them will have more advantage than disadvantage as long as the ecotourism resources are developed in a sustainable manner. Am grateful to Kapiki and Mousumi for their wonderful and insightful contributions.

Hello Odum, scattered ecotourism is an ideal means of economical improvement of many rural economy in Nigeria. It is more sensible for ecotourism resources to be dispersed especially in country like Nigeria where the local people are actually abandoned and left at the mercy of self-development by governments.

I like your contribution...........@ Dr Lawal......that is  an assumption but empirical evidence from different scholars will be beneficial. But the study am doing is a preliminary report concerning how these ecotourism resources are located in a particular area and what are the likely implications, based on that, the out come of the studies can be carried out and if the result shows positive in what am thinking (hypotheses) then we can propose to government to make a case in that direction. 

if the available resources for development of ecotourism are scattered u can use it positively for the development of ecotourism. mostly for ecotourism u can suggest how to use available local facilities people will get some space to enjoy they will fee relax and even more number of local people will get chance to involve 

Thanks @Dr. Menna. My preliminary investigation shows that the area i studies showed regular distribution pattern of distribution of ecotourism resources using nearest neighborhood analysis. Therefore, i need to know the implications. Literature of case studies will be useful. 

The whole world start looking for environmentally-friendly industries, the tourism industry one of those industries, and any tourist destination environmental natural would be attractive for investments and development in all fields (infrastructure, superstructures, health, education, etc.), which creates an overall development in countries. So you should search in the articles dealing with natural tourist destinations and link with generated for development and exploitation of those environmental investment destinations.
