300-400°C under vacuum for 1-5 hours (the larger the parts, the longer). In inert gas: 400-450°C.

Temperatures are not from the literature, I have myself often PVA removed from metal compacts in a retort furnace.

I think 500 to 600oC is sufficient to remove PVA, either in vacuum or normal furnace.  

300oC for 2 hours is enough to remove PVA binder

In my experiments, 450℃ for 1 h is enough to remove it.

Normally PVA starts to evaporate After around 250 oC. To evaporate PVA completely it requires heating up to 500 oC. According to me, it does not require Vacuum.
