You do not mention what wavelength you are interested in and both the real part (2.46 at 435 nm) and the imaginary are highly wavelength dependent in quantum dots. The real part is high and the link between the real and imaginary parts (Hilbert relation/Kramers-Konig) tell you that the imaginary is likely to be high at certain wavelengths (hence, the colors of quantum dots)

Following the above expert's suggestion, you could do your own measurements using UV-VIS spectrophotometer. It is not difficult as long as you can prepare your samples and take measurements. Then you can calculate the optical parameters.
