For making lumped elements in HFSS, we make a sheet and Assign Boundary, and then select Lumped RLC.

Alisha Sharma You can go through some website (Mouser/ DigiKey/ Element14) from where you will get the CAD drawing of the resistance that you wish to place in the antenna/ microwave circuit design. Draw the same in HFSS and provide RLC boundary. The following thread will be useful for you.

To define the length, width, or area of the sheet which is going to be lumped in your network, depends on the conductivity and resistivity of material which is already been mentioned in material properties. From there, you can define the other parameters.
