To be able to answer this question correctly, I will narrow to scope to a case study that covers organisational climate components and their impact on work engagement of employees in medium-sized organisations in Slovenia and the EU. A quantitative method design has been used for data collection and interpretation of the key findings. Additionally, exploratory research and simple linear regression analysis were also used, finally the CFA 6-factor solution for validity purposes was blended into this case study. I am posting the full version of the paper at the bottom for the benefit of all, this paper has been published online on 01 Sep 2020, hope you will find it interesting and answering your key questions. Cheers.
Kind regards,
