Research is the objective analysis of this information by following specific scientific methods and methodologies with a view to making sure that it is correct, modified or added to it, and then reach some laws and theories and reach a result ...
Search is a random process of trying to identify something in a non-systematic manner.
Research is mostly used to improve the world as it forms the systematic foundation through which new knowledge is attained, existing knowledge is improved and new techniques and processes are developed.
Both are of equal importance as can be dependent of each other, for example, research may require some form of basic searching in the preliminary processes. A comparison Table for differences Research vs. Search is attached.

Research is the use of a set of tools, tools to obtain information about a subject, also known as the process of ordering a set of data based on a specific division, order, and distribution, the purpose of which is to explain a particular content based on a set of sources, and search in search engines is a search for information in different fields .
Search is try to find something by looking or otherwise seeking carefully and thoroughly, whereas research is the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
Research is defined as a careful consideration of study regarding a particular concern or a problem using scientific methods. According to the American sociologist Earl Robert Babbie, “Research is a systematic inquiry to describe, explain, predict and control the observed phenomenon.
To search means try to find something by looking or otherwise seeking carefully and thoroughly for something.
Research is the creation of new knowledge and/or the use of existing knowledge in a new and creative way so as to generate new concepts, methodologies and understandings.
What is the difference between search & research?
A search is the organized pursuit of information, while a research is the diligent and systematic inquiry/investigation into a subject in order to discover or revise facts, theories, applications etc.
"Research is mostly used to improve the world as it forms the systematic foundation through which new knowledge is attained, existing knowledge is improved and new techniques and processes are developed.
Search on the other hand is a random process of trying to identify something in a non-systematic manner.
Both are of equal importance as can be dependent of each other, for example, research may require some form of basic searching in the preliminary processes."

What is research? What is the difference between search & research?
What: Search is an activity to look for some thing. Research is a repetitive scientific activities to investigate / discover empirical evidence or truth.
Why: Search is to achieve certain high level one-off objective whereas research is for in-depth / detailed new body of knowledge contribution.
Who / Actor: Search can be handled by anyone whereas research is conducted by learning / trained researchers / scientists etc.
Where: "search" can be conducted in anywhere / narrowed down / zoomed in selected areas depending on the person planned action. Whereas "research" normally target on specific areas of research to collect data after rigorous literature review.
When: generally "search" take shorter time vs "research" which can take longer time.
How: "search" can be impromptu using our body's 5 senses or some basic tools whereas "research" can use many / complex specially trained toolsets following certain structured steps / processes as well as human's 5 senses i.e. the researcher himself / herself can be the research instrument e.g. in qualitative research.

The literal meaning of research is meticulous search. If you simply 'search', you will find something. However, if you conduct 'research' you will be able to answer a particular question, solve a problem, or gather information, especially for a project, literary work, cinema, or a television series. This is the popular concept of research.
In academic fields, the term 'research' is used to denote activities such as defining, redefining, and solving problems; observing facts and their interpretation; formulation of hypotheses and their testing through experiments; revision of existing theories and laws; and practical application of information already generated. In most scientific disciplines, research is used as a tool to understand and solve problems for the benefit of people.
The purpose of the search is to satiate the immediate need/want, which may or may not result into meaningful discovery, whereas the purpose of the research is a well thought out plan, done purposely to derive some meaning.
Dear Jasim Hassen and Mahmoud Shiri Salam, Thanks a lot for your great answers, especially Mahmoud Shiri as his answers seems to me the best in my search for the precise and ultimate truth which can be easily understood. Salam
