Well, I encountered it myself as my electronic gadgets suddenly got short circuited, I was searching for possible cause then I came across various possible reasons, static energy was found to be one of them, I also found orgone energy, reiki energy can also interfere with electric fields. So I found this gentlemen Dr Wolfgang Pauli who was 1st to identify such energy fields.

For what it is worth, here is my take on the Pauli effect. Wolfgang Pauli was an extremely critical person, in addition, he was famous. One could well imagine that his mere presence at a demonstration could and would be very intimidating to the demonstrator. Even if Pauli was not physically present, but the demonstrator heard that Pauli was thinking of coming, it could still be very intimidating. With that kind of psychological pressure, it would not be surprising to have the demonstrators become less sure of themselves, and start making mistakes resulting in equipment failures. Never underestimate the power of suggestion.

Pauli himself likely believed in some sort of unconscious & unintended telekinesis. Coincidences happen all the time; in fact they are unavoidable. Some of them are more suggestive (e.g. of hidden mechanisms, paranormality, conspiracies, foul play, or divine or demonic intervention) to the imagination than others. Wikipedia tells me that for each minute I spend on RG, there are about 259 births. Ergo, the Pfeifer Effect. I am one helluva fecund fellow. 🤠
