What is optimal dosage for Interferon gamma treatment in mice?

I am looking for using murine recombinant Interferon gamma as immunotherapy in a mouse model. What dosage should be optimal? I am finding a variety of dosage in literature. Some use low, medium, high dose. While some use a single dose, but couldn't find any explanation for that.
