I was trying to model a tunnel fet in silvaco tcad. For this I went through the silvaco example of tunnel fet. There I found a term me.tunnel in the material statement. I don't understand the term me.tunnel and mh.tunnel and how the value of these are calculated. If anyone can give me the answer it will be helpful for me.
