You have problem with the baseline. Does the spectrum represent a result from a measurement agains the air or against a solvent?

Bojidarka B. Ivanova thanks for the response, that spectrum was from the blank (100% transmittance) in the powder configuration; but also when i measure in the liquid configuration (just water), the spectrum has the same behavior
