Hi all, I want transform in E.Coli ArticExpress for stabilize my protein in one of the oligomers that I have. Now I am doing the transformation in BL21(DE3), and I obtained more than 200 colonies per plate but When I want to transform in Articexpress ( with the same plasmid and plasmid/bacteria concentration) I don't obtained more than 10 colonies. What is it happening?. Tank you

Particular reason can not be discussed. but These cells co-express the cold-adapted
chaperonins Cpn10 and Cpn60 from the psychrophilic bacterium, Oleispira
antarctica that Could possibly effect on membrane & bacterial cell wall proteins and therefore produce More tightly cell walls compared to wild type BL21.
1-you can test electroporation method with 50 ng plasmid.
2-check your antibiotic concentration .
